Privacy Policy

Who we are

Frank Data Insights is a business of Almond Media Group, LLC ("we", "us"), which runs frankdatainsights.com and the FRANK platform. This policy covers both. Questions go to info@frankdatainsights.com, (470) 495-0114, or 1100 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30309.

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name, email, company, the topic you pick, your message, and the page you sent it from.
• AI visibility scan. The website address you enter. If you ask for the full report, we also take your email, name, company, city and state, and whether you ticked the mailing-list box, along with the exact wording of that box at the time.
• Blog newsletter. Your email address.
• FRANK accounts. Your name, email and password. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never as readable text.
• Connected social accounts. If you connect LinkedIn or another network to FRANK, we store the access token that network issues, your profile name and ID, and the IDs of any company pages you manage. We use these only to publish the posts you schedule and to show you how they performed.
• Server logs. Our hosting providers record IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

This site does not use advertising pixels or third-party analytics trackers.

How we use it

• To answer your message and send you the report you asked for.
• To run the scan. That includes looking up the business you entered in Google's business listings so the results describe the right company.
• To send marketing email, but only if you ticked the box or subscribed to the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To operate FRANK for the people who use it, and to keep the site secure.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who handle data on our behalf:

• Vercel hosts this website.
• Amazon Web Services hosts the FRANK platform and its databases.
• Brevo delivers our email, including contact-form replies and the scan report.
• Mailchimp manages the blog newsletter list.
• Google receives the business name and location you enter when the scan looks up a business listing.
• LinkedIn and other social networks receive the posts you choose to publish through FRANK.

We will also disclose information if the law requires it.

LinkedIn data

When FRANK is connected to LinkedIn, we use LinkedIn's API to publish posts to the member profile or company page you authorized, and to read the engagement figures for those posts. We do not collect information about other LinkedIn members, we do not use LinkedIn data for advertising targeting, and we do not combine it with data from other sources to build profiles of people. You can disconnect FRANK at any time from your LinkedIn settings under "Permitted services". When you do, or when you ask us, we delete the stored token.

How long we keep it

Contact messages and scan leads are kept for as long as they are useful for following up, and no longer than three years. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. FRANK account data and connected-account tokens are kept while the account is active and deleted within 30 days of a closure request.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Write to info@frankdatainsights.com and we will respond within 30 days. Unsubscribe links in our emails take effect immediately.

Security

Data travels over HTTPS, access to our systems is limited to the people who need it, and credentials are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected people promptly if a breach exposes their information.

Children

This site and FRANK are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update it here and change the date at the top. Significant changes will also be announced on this site.
